Training & Development
Preparedness isn't assumed. It's trained.
Basic training is mandatory for our security personnel. Corporate clients also draw on the same discipline through our Management Development division.
Training Philosophy
Deployment follows preparation, not the other way round.
Personnel are not placed on site until basic training is complete, and they undergo a further week of on-the-job training at the selected client establishment before deployment.

Fire & Safety Training
Hands-on, not theoretical.
Fire fighting and first aid form part of our training curriculum, including live extinguisher-handling demonstrations at client sites — so personnel are prepared to act, not just briefed.
