Commercial Terms of Engagement
The points below reflect the standard commercial terms stated by Shan Maintenance Services for its services. They are provided here for general reference only and do not constitute the final agreement for any specific engagement. The complete, binding terms for your engagement will be set out in a formal agreement between you and Shan Maintenance Services, and remain subject to applicable law. Nothing on this page should be treated as legal advice.

Wage rates are for 8/12 hours duty only, for one month, and are inclusive of components such as wages, ESI/PF, uniform and service charges — except applicable taxes as per government requirements.

The wage rate quoted for security guards is based on minimum wages for 8/12 hours duty and is subject to revision from time to time.
- 03
Payments towards services rendered are to be settled before the 5th of each month by crossed cheque.
- 04
The agreement involves a yearly billing revision upward by 5%.
- 05
The contract can be terminated by either party giving one month's notice.
- 06
Deployment is made on a minimum requirement of two months' time, as per the volume of the contract.
